Clearly the short commute to work every day ranks a lot higher - you can always visit family at the weekend ! Living in an area with good leisure facilities and restaurants means that buyers will sacrifice space for location and interestingly one in four Britons are looking to move in the next five years; hopefully that means the property market will be buoyant for many years to come.
